He is a proud veteran of the United States Army and served in Desert Shield/Desert Storm. He has also worked at, managed in, and provided service to the retail industry for over 28 years. Chris manages the sales force at TMC. His job responsibilities include sales planning, sales marketing, recruiting the sales staff, reviewing sales performance, sales reporting, and developing new and lasting customer relationships/ partnerships as well as handling Human Resource issues for the company.
Bryan graduated from Walsh University in 2001 where he was a 3-year letterman in Soccer and a 2-year letterman in Football. Bryan has been in the retail maintenance industry for the past 14 years and is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the service department. He and his wife Jen met at Walsh University and have been married for 13 years. When not at work, he and his wife enjoy being with family, playing with their 5-year-old son and being near or on water as much as possible in Ohio.
Lee's job responsibilities include overseeing operations of the billing department and being accountable for its performance, collaborating on company strategies and policies, and management of personnel. His interests include NFL Football, fast and fun vehicles, and RC hobbies. He and his wonderful wife Stephanie have shared 17 happy years together and they have 2 dogs and 1 cat, commonly referred to as their fur-babies.
Jessica Slingluff is the Controller at The Maintenance Company Inc. Jessica graduated Summa Cum Laude from Walsh University where she received her bachelor’s degree in accounting. Since joining The Maintenance Company in 2007, Jessica has been responsible for overseeing all accounting operations of the company. When she is not plugging away in Excel, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and daughter.
Service Department Manager
Sean is a graduate of Kent State University having majored in Political Science with a minor in Sociology. He has been with TMC since 2009 and his duties include customer relations, technician research, screening and hiring during pre-construction phase, resource allocation, budgeting and drafting proposals for submission to corporate clients and general oversight during the operational phase of the projects, client satisfaction and invoicing in the post project phase. When not working, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, coaching their youth sports teams and doing home improvement projects.
Katharine (Kitty) Blair
Katharine is an accounting associate, wife, mother and Grandma. Kitty joined the TMC family in 2008 and is responsible for risk management.
Karl has over 16 years in maintenance experience. His responsibilities are maintaining low competitive pricing, writing a detailed description of work performed, managing staff and controlling paperwork flow. In his spare time he enjoys working on electronics, gaming, reading and movies.
After graduating from Walsh University he joined the TMC team and has been helping manage and grow new customers and employees since 2010. When not at work you can find him at home with his new baby girl and wonderful wife, or on the golf course.
Phil graduated from The University of Akron in 2001, and has spent the last 16 years preparing project outlines and proposals in a wide variety of fields. When not at work, Phil enjoys pretending he understands pop culture, and writing awkward work Bios about himself in the third person.
